Visual journaling is a way to use your creativity to help you think and feel differently.

In this workshop, you'll make unique art journal pages using paint, images, your writing, and other mixed media of your choosing.

You can’t make a mistake with visual journaling!

I’ll help you get over your fear of the blank page in your provided sketchbook so that you can dive deeper into your intuitive knowing. Here you can answer questions and solve problems while having a whole lot of fun!

Come and explore creative expression in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.

You’ll leave with:

  • A sketchbook (partly filled with your day’s work) & basic supplies so that you can continue your visual journaling practice.

  • Journaling prompts to inspire you.

  • Techniques to explore and tips to help you visual journal in ways that work for you and your lifestyle.

While you’re welcome to participate in this workshop on its own, what you’ll learn here compliments Time For You To Write To Heal if you wish to continue your healing journey in a creative way.

Please note that is workshop is for adults only.
